Have been car shopping. The mechanic at Latin checked over my potential purchase and provided since detailed review of the whole car, interior , exterior, mechanics, car fax info, etc. Have found the mechanics to always do a good job, and the service representative to be friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend shop.

We are fortunate to have found Larin Automotive. We have complete trust in their recommendations and you can't beat the warranty on their work. It's not the closest shop to our house, but it certainly is the best!

I walked into Larin Auto to get my car checked out before I took it for a long journey. I was greeted by Lee Perry whom was very pleasant, informative and kept in the know throughout the entire process. The techs took my car while I sat and observed. Everyone appeared to work as a team and professionally. I was not getting any work done at this time, however, after getting a full detailed report with full explanation, I chose to allow them to do what needed to be done. They never pushed added jobs, in fact they called and asked me if I wanted to hold off on doing front breaks since I still had approx 20k left on mine. They exceeded my standards and I appreciated that they work with me, not against me. An honest crew there, which is hard to find. They had a clean bathroom, great attitude, prices were reasonable and they cared. Transportation services were also available! I would highly recommend larin auto! Both Lee Perry and Alyssa Fernandez, the service advisors, made that experience and the service techs did a fantastic job on my car.

Larin automotive is by far the most comprehensive and competent shop in town. Clear communication, no pressure selling - only honest high quality work. Long time customer. Never consider else where.

Just had my Volvo serviced at Larin. It's the only place I take my car (and cars before this one.) Had a squeak that was hard to find, they found it and took care if it. Had other work done since the car was going in. They give estimates and suggestions, no high pressure or BS. I appreciate the effort they take to keep my car in shape.

I got a recommendation to turn to Larin Automotive from VW TDI group on Facebook. Although they did not specialise on VW or diesel cars, I went there. I am usually suspicious of a services run by a guy with a Russian name :-) just because I am Russian :-) but they turned out to be great: both technically and service like. My Passat had a long issue of oil leak from an engine. It took them 3 attempts to fix it but they did it (the other 2 attempts were totally free for me, including the car loaner for the days they fixed the car) and they even involved the owner - the Russian name guy Victor Larin - in any case you can always call him direct! And they have a must quality check. Alyssa and her comrade at the reception were very nice and helpful. That is the case when you wish to go back to give your car and yourself a real treat, but at the same time you wish your car drives well without unnecessary interventions :-) 👍 👍👍 up! Recommend!
